Technical data
Laminate is a cladding based on sheets saturated with phenolic resins applied to wooden-origin panels. It can aesthetically imitate all wood essences as well as creating new finishes and trends. Resistant, hygienic and waterproof, laminate offers different finishes: Matt, Open Pore and Scratch.
Doors are panneled with a total thickenss of 44 mm, framed in fir wood. Doors are filled with preforated honeycomb filler (it is possible to customize panneled doors according to quantities) and plated with MDF panels of thickness 4 mm in the requested
finish. They are finally edged with laminate or ABS of the same finish.
Frames are made of fir wood with a HDF perimeter, in waterproof material of thickness 3 mm. They are completed with finishing frames made with Folding system.
Types of laminate doors
Laminate doors are available in three different versions:
• Smooth, a simple hollow doors that can be enriched with horizontal or vertical aluminum inserts;
• Solid Uprights, a hollow leaf enclosed in two solid uprights;
• Ashlar Solid Uprights, a hollow leaf enclosed in two solid uprights with beams.
Interior doors can be enriched with aluminum inserts, both vertical and horizontal. Furthermore, it is possible to insert windows on the leaf for brighter and more elegant doors.
Special openings
Alba gives its customers the possibility to choose, in addition to the classic hinged door, a large number of solutions:
- Hidden hinges opening;
- Double acting opening;
- Folding 1/2 – 1/2 opening;
- Folding 1/3 – 2/3 opening;
- Trapezium opening;
- Flush wall door;
- Pocket sliding;
- External sliding;
Each type of openings can be made both in single or double leaf.
